To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we’ve compiled answers to frequently asked questions about the property.

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). If you arrive early or wish to stay later, you may contact the front desk in advance to inquire about early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and possible additional charge).

2. Is complimentary WiFi provided?

Yes. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property, including in guest rooms. The Wi-Fi network is named “Riverside Guests” and the password is “Welcome2nyc”.

3. Are pets allowed?

Pets up to 50 pounds are welcome at the Riverside Tower Hotel. We do require the following:
  • Pet fees: USD $20 per night and USD $250 refundable deposit.
  • Your pet must not be left unattended in your room.
  • Your pet must be on a leash in all common spaces.

4. What is the hotel’s exact location and what attractions are nearby?

The hotel is located at 80 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10024. It sits on the upper-west side of Manhattan with direct proximity to both Riverside Park and Central Park. 5. What amenities and services does the hotel offer?

The hotel provides a range of amenities to enhance your stay:
  • 24-hour front desk and baggage storage.
  • Coffee and tea bar in the lobby with coffee served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and tea available 24 hours.
  • Fitness room located in the basement, accessible 24 hours a day.
  • Workspace environment in the lobby.

6. How are the rooms equipped and what should guests know?

Guest rooms are designed with smart use of space and comfort in mind. Each room includes:

  • Hair-dryer in drawer under sink (or under bed in accessible rooms).

7. What transportation options are available and how accessible is the hotel from the airport?

The hotel is well-connected:
  • The nearest subway station is at West 79th Street and Broadway, about a three-block walk from Riverside Tower Hotel.
  • The M104 bus stops at Broadway and 79th Street; the M5 bus stops across the street on Riverside Drive.
  • Taxis are available on West End Avenue, one block away. Reception can also assist with airport car services, shuttle, Uber or Lyft.
  • From LaGuardia Airport the drive is approximately 5.7 miles, though timing depends on traffic.

8. What is the cancellation or payment policy?

Payment and cancellation policies vary by room type and booking channel. General guidelines:
  • Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
  • The standard cancellation policy: no penalty if cancelled by 3:00 PM 24 hours before arrival (always check your specific booking).
  • At check-in you’ll need to present a government-issued photo ID and credit card for incidental charges.
  • No show policy: guests will be charged for one night's stay and remaining nights (if more than one) will be cancelled.

10. Is the hotel suitable for families, business travelers or people with mobility requirements?

  • For families: Up to two children age 10 or younger may stay free when sharing a suite with up to two adults and using existing bedding.
  • For business travelers: The hotel offers common space suitable for working and complimentary WiFi.
  • For accessibility: The hotel provides accessible rooms and facilities.
