To help manage expectations and provide you with an enjoyable stay at the Riverside Tower Hotel, here are answers to some of the frequent questions asked by our guests:
When to Check In…and Check Out
Check in: 3:00pm
Check out: 12:00 Noon
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation only. This is not considered a deposit. Payment in full will be collected upon arrival at check-in.
For reservations made with a non-refundable cancellation, payment in full will be collected
shortly after the booking is made.
No penalty will apply if reservation is cancelled by 3:00 PM EST 24 hours before scheduled arrival date. Guests will be charged for one night's stay if cancellation occurs outside of cancellation time frame.
No Show Policy:
Guests will be charged for one night's stay and remaining nights (if more than one) will be cancelled.
Fees & Taxes
Room total includes 14.75% city and state taxes. Room total does not include daily occupancy tax. Occupancy tax is added at time of check-in.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash.
Parking
The hotel does not provide parking. Nearby self-parking options are available for USD $65 per day.
Luggage Storage
Free of charge. 8 hours max.
Smoking
Riverside Tower Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. That means smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel or within 15 feet of the entrance or exit. Smoking in your guestroom – including vaping and any other similar smoke-related activity - will result in the assessment of a cleaning fee.
ADA Rooms
Riverside Tower Hotel is committed to providing equal access to individuals with disabilities and have updated our property to include:
- Accessible guest rooms have a 32-inch-wide opening
- Adjustable height hand-held shower wand
- Bathroom vanity in guest rooms for disabled person height
- Bathtub seat
- Closed-caption TV
- Flashing door knocker hard wired in hearing disabled rooms only
- Grab bars in bathroom
- Lowered electrical outlets
- Pathway to registration desk
- Route to accessible guest rooms is accessible
- Service animals allowed for persons with disabilities (no fee)
- Raised toilets
- Property has elevators
- All public spaces are ADA accessible
Pet Policy
While pets up to 50 pounds are welcome here at the Riverside Tower Hotel, we do require the following:
- Pet fees: USD $20 per night and USD $250 refundable deposit.
- Your pet must not be left unattended in your room.
- Your pet must be on a leash in all common spaces.

Damage Policy
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent rooms while the damage is being repaired.
The registered guest will be billed directly and assumes all liability for any damages you (or your guests,) cause to the hotel room or premises.
Minimum Age Requirement to Check-in
18 years of age. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Up to two children 10 years and under may stay for free when sharing a room with up to two adults and when using existing bedding (where maximum room occupancy rules allow).
Room Keycards
Room keycards are issued to the registered guest(s). No room keycards will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. Valid government issued photo identification is required if you have lost your keycard and require a duplicate. Please return all room keycards to Front Desk upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of USD 50.00 for each unreturned keycard.
