Its location is excellent, with a metro line just a 4-minute walk away that can take you anywhere—either directly or with a transfer. The staff is attentive, respectful, and always ready to assist guests. Although the room is small, it is comfortable; the bed is very cozy, and everything is kept very clean. Thank you for the morning coffee—it became part of my daily ritual before heading out to explore the city.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The rooms were small, as we'd expected. The bed touched 3 walls. There was a small desk and chair, though. Next to that a sink, and an enclosed toilet/shower. That's all. Elevators held 2 people with luggage or 4 people without. It was adorable and lovely and I'd go back in a heartbeat. It was really close (two streets up and 1 over) to get on the subway, which took us to midtown for dinner, Times Square, anywhere we wanted. We'd never ridden on NY subway before, but was fairly easy and the hotel staff was super helpful with this (Fernando, especially).
It's across from Riverside Park, which was also lovely in September. And hotel staff also helped us get a taxi for our cruise port drop-off (woman whose name starts with a D - I'll come back and edit when I remember it 😅)

The rooms are very clean but really small( we had a good laugh about it when we saw it) so if you have a lot of luggage I would suggest to request a bigger room. I absolutely loved my four-night stay at the Riverside Tower Hotel! My room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a spectacular corner view from the fifth floor, overlooking Riverside Park and the city. Waking up to that view every morning was truly unforgettable and made my time in New York even more special.

The staff at the entrance were consistently wonderful — always friendly, welcoming, kind, and professional, while remaining discreet and never intrusive. I really appreciated that perfect balance.

The location is fantastic, right next to Riverside Park, offering a peaceful and beautiful setting in UWS.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I genuinely loved every moment of my stay and would absolutely love to come back on my next trip to New York.
