To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we’ve compiled the following helpful information about our property.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Late check-out is available until 5:00 PM for $50, subject to availability. Please arrange this with the receptionist on duty.
Luggage and Storage:
Free luggage storage is available.
For storage needs, built-in drawers are located on the side or bottom of the bed frame.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping services are provided every other day.
Reception and Services:
Reception is open 24 hours.
Please return all keycards to the front desk at check-out. There is a $50 charge for lost keycards.
Beverage:
Located in the lobby.
Coffee is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Tea is available 24 hours.
A microwave oven and a refrigerator with limited space are available. Please see the receptionist on duty. Items must be tagged.
Fitness:
A 24-hour fitness center is located in the basement.
A water cooler is available in the basement, with cups provided. Guests can fill their water bottles.
Room Amenities:
All rooms have hairdryers in the drawer under the sink. In accessible rooms, hairdryers are located in the drawer under the bed.
Irons and ironing boards are available upon request at reception.
TV: Streaming only, no local channels or cable. Connect your device to the Wi-Fi to stream. For streaming issues, call the number on the TV screen. Pay-per-view movies incur a charge once you select and click 'purchase', even if not watched in full.

Room Temperature Control:
Two thermostats are in the room. The black and white one does not work. Use the beige (DAIKIN) thermostat, which works when the green light at the on/off button is on.
Transportation:
The nearest subway station is located at West 79th Street and Broadway. Walk two blocks to Broadway, then turn right.
The M104 bus is at Broadway and 79th Street.
The M5 bus is across the street on Riverside Drive.
NYC yellow metered taxis are usually accessible on West End Avenue, one block away from the hotel.
Reception can assist with airport transportation needs. Options include bus, subway, train, yellow taxi, car service, Air Link Shuttle service, Uber, and Lyft (if you have the apps).
